Refund policy

The return policy is 15 days, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn beyond the testing necessary, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at clientes@palaish.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items shipped to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The amount of return shipping costs is 5.90 euros and is paid by the customer and this will be done by the courier indicated by PALAISH.

Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and correct it.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as swimwear or bikinis, underwear, bags or party supplies, earrings, personalized products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items. Contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not within seven days of receiving the item. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Remember that it may take a while for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
