Frequent questions

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

For orders placed before 11:00 in the morning, they are processed and shipped the same day if it is a business day or the next business day. For orders placed after 11:00 in the morning, they are sent the next business day.


Once the order has been sent, the arrival times are reflected  here

 

Can I return my order?

Any order placed has the right to return the following 14 days, for this you must send us an email to clientes@palaish.com and there we will tell you how to proceed.


The cost of sending the return will be borne by the customer, once the order is received we will proceed to the return or exchange as indicated.
